Application for EFFA Membership

Dear fly fisher

By filling in the application form correctly you can become an EFFA  member online.   The provisorily membership is valid after  transfering the membership dues (Eur 15.-) to our account (PayPal is possible). EFFA reserves the right to refuse any membership applications without giving reason for it. Membership fees that are already transferred to our account will then be sent back. 

Please proceed by confirming that you accept the EFFA bylaws.
