Marc André Laubscher

Grown up in the Bernese Seeland, Marc developed an early enthusiasm for fly fishing. The ambition by his father, the participation in the fishing supervision, the conservation & care of the waters at various clubs are examples that have influenced his commitment & interest. During this time he was able to acquire audiodidactically an entomological expertise. The fly tying with the necessary attention to the details, the eye for the filigree are reflected today especially in his salmon flies.

Especially the art of Victorian patterns, tied on high quality single hooks have impressed Marc. As a member of EFFA, Marc has passed the fly fishing guide exam, knows the principles of safety, has fished many international destinations in the far north & is now an EFFA Flytying Department member.
