Please note:

- The organizer is not liable for any personal injury or property damage during the event. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.

- With the registration, the participant agrees that all pictures taken at the event may be used by the EFFA free of charge and without restriction.

- Cancellation of the registration with refund of the paid amount is only possible no later than 30 days before the event.

- If the event cannot take place for any reason, the registered participants will be informed in advance and the participation fee will be fully refunded.

- The registration is only valid after the payment of the participation fee.

- The use of the name, the logo and the instructor title are bound to the membership of the European Fly Fishing Association (EFFA).

- I am aware that in case of a possible termination of my membership I am not allowed to use the logo and the instructor patch anymore, because the name EFFA is protected.

- In case of prolonged inactivity of an instructor, the automatic annual renewal of the certificate may be denied.
