Eoin Fairgrieve is a former World Team Speycasting Champion and is internationally known as one of the leading Speycasting Instructors. Based on the River Tweed in Scotland Tweed, he has traveled the world demonstrating speycasting and giving seminars. He has also been and continues to be a consultant to fishing tackle manufacturers and government agencies. He is also a regular contributor to Trout&Salmon, the leading fly fishing magazine in the British Isles. He has also contributed to fishing publications in Europe and South America. In 2005 he was appointed Scotland's first Angling Development Officer and has since taught over 6000 children all aspects of fly casting as well as various fly fishing techniques.
